My therapy approach is relational, casual and collaborative. I believe feeling comfortable and connected is when therapy is most effective, and that every person requires something different. I am eclectic in that I draw from various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and I incorporate somatic and mindfulness approaches. I always strive to be trauma-informed and work from an anti-oppressive lens. I acknowledge my own privileges and deeply value inclusivity and being a lifelong learner.
I specialize in areas of anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, substance use, emotional dysregulation, and relational issues. I also enjoy working with folks navigating life transitions, working on their self-esteem, and healing from trauma.
